The Reality of Work Style Reform

With the “work style reform” coming into effect in April 2019, I discussed the future of work with my friends who are applying for new jobs. While there are people who greedily move from one growing company to another based on their own will, there are also people, both full-time and part-time, who are constantly overworked and subjected to power harassment under poor corporate environments. In the proposals for “reforming the way we work” put together by experts, the idea of basing work on a free way of working without restrictions on time and place has been taken up in all fields, but behind this is the fact that there are many people who need to break free from the social myth that if they can join a big company, they will be employed for life and be safe for life. My friend told me that we have to face the fact that there are many people who need to break free from the social myth that if they join a big company, they will be employed for life. The reason why she wanted to change her job was because her boss, who had left a famous company after retirement, seemed to be an empty person, as if the label with the brand name had been removed at once.
